1. Who operates Platagen
Platagen is operated by Nwandu Captain Obinna, an individual / sole proprietor based in Saitama, Japan. Contact: info@platagen.com.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and use the service only for a business you own or are authorized to assess. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Audit and diagnosis
The free audit uses the answers and evidence you provide to produce an immediate business diagnosis and recommendations. Results are decision-support information, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and they do not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads or other outcomes.
4. Implementation services
Paid work is limited to the items selected at checkout or described in an accepted custom scope. You must provide timely access, content, approvals and accurate requirements. Material additions or changes may require a revised price and delivery schedule. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
5. Prices and payments
Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless the checkout or written quote states otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Approved third-party costs, currency-conversion charges or platform fees outside our control may be shown separately before you approve them.
6. Retainers
A retainer covers only the systems and services shown in the accepted retainer scope. Recurring charges continue until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are explained in Refunds and cancellation.
7. Intellectual property
Platagen, its audit logic, software, branding and reusable methods remain ours or our licensors’. After full payment, you may use the client-specific deliverables produced for you. Pre-existing tools, templates, third-party products and general know-how remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components or use Platagen to violate another person’s rights.
9. Availability and third parties
Platagen depends on services such as Supabase, Stripe and hosting or integration providers. We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Third-party services are also governed by their own terms.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platagen is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, lost opportunities or losses caused by inaccurate client information, third-party systems or use outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, prevent fraud or address unpaid amounts. You may stop using the platform at any time, subject to existing payment and project obligations.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, disputes will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in Saitama, including the Saitama District Court, Kawagoe Branch, or Tokorozawa Summary Court as applicable.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The effective date will be shown above. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
Payments and cancellations
Refund and cancellation policy
Full refund within 24 hours
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Send your request from the email used for your Platagen account to info@platagen.com and include the order reference.
Requests after 24 hours
After the first 24 hours, any refund will be reduced by the reasonable value of work already completed and authorized, non-recoverable third-party costs. We will support the calculation with evidence of progress and an itemized explanation. The refundable percentage depends on the stage of the work.
Retainer cancellation
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of a retainer payment. To prevent the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. A late cancellation stops future renewals, but the current period follows the post-24-hour rule above where work has already started.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Platagen will initiate an approved refund within seven business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to display it.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
